As I promised to show more updates about my space girl
project by the end of this year, so many of us probably have already seen some
pictures of her wearing in red through the Immortal Classique face book
page. First of all, I’d like to
say “Thank You” very much again, deeply saying gratitude from my heart, for some of our new
friends who “Like” my page. This is a nice reward for me as I’ve seen the
numbers coming up and received so many encouragements:-) Sometimes, I didn’t do
much update about my works. But when I started doing my new project, many of us
still showing comments and concerns for my works as well as my health. I really
appreciate these so much!!! I know my works went so slowly and it seems sometimes
there were some people “Unlike” my page for some reasons. That’s ok as I know
what I should improve, and I promise I will do my “best” for the work I really
love. As long as the world keeps spinning and If I could live a thousand years
like a Vampire, I’d never stop doing dolls! Oh it seemed I was babbling too
much. So,..here’s the picture for the nude doll with her red wig.
Many of us said the opened mouth girl looked like a girl for
the movie, The 5th Element. Truly, my inspiration to make the Space
Girl was from a metallic dress by Dolce & Gabbana 2010, and
some movies like Resident Evil, Cloud Atlas, and such. I found out that a nice
model, actually an inspiration, for my face sculpt with the opened mouth is Milla Jovovich. I think she’s got perfect lips, nice
eyes colors, and good figure. She looks very modern and strong, and sometimes a
super model, too. so this why I like Milla so much. Let’s look closer to the
doll. Even though she didn’t look like Milla much, I’m truly happy for the overall result for this girl.
I felt amazed to myself that I could gradually find more
style of my own. Do you guys think so? The sculpt keeps changing, like a young
girl changes to a mature woman with high cheek bones, closed eyes, still looks pure and clean. I’m still found of a light
make up, natural look and bright, not vivid colors. I really hope that I will
find my own self doll making one day so soon.
Lastly, I’d like to share the costume that is off-white
chiffon with some beadings. I always find the embroidery works are really fascinated!
Sorry that I didn’t show the metallic dress, but all of us already seen it from
the previous blog and some from the facebook. This is a gown that is dressed
inside the main piece, the metallic dress. We will all items put together in a
few days.

(I used to think that I could work like machine all day and night, but now I couldn't fight the time and health at all! Am I older??? Oh NO!)
