Here Comes the Bride...Evginia

This is a collaborative work with Cholo and Me.It is finally done. How impressive!
It's been months that this project moved on so slowly, bit by bit. Some problems occured, but I could pass them by many helps of freinds:-)

The doll will be officially on sale by 11:3O P.M. by Bangkok Time Zone. The doll is a limited edition of 3 sets only.

The doll has 2 costumes pieces: The Twin White Peacocks and the Red Gown.

The Twin Peacocks is the inner long dress that made by the chiffon. It’s decorated with many small white beads, laces, tinsels, pearls, Chinese silk thread, and 3 kinds of the peacock features into 3 layers. At the back of the dress is tightened by the special small chain.

The Red Gown is the outer that made by the Thai Silk. At the Chest of the gown is a golden needle that is pinned with the pictures of Griffon, on the left and right. At the back of the gown, it is decorated in a hot tone color. The red, orange, dark purple, black, and golden are the colors of many thousands of beads that decorated with the small pearls, crystals and Swarovski on the doll’s gown.

Thank you for watching. "Have a wonderful Christmas with your family, the one you love, freinds, pets, and DOLLS."

The Bride will be on The Christmas’s Eve

Now the dolls are almost done, there are just some little things left to do as the final painting and small details like the fingers and gloss paint. How does she look now? (Some asked why did this doll have a baby crow (fledgling) at her private part? This sigh is associated with the spiritual thing. As she’s The Bride of The Dracula, her soul becomes as a part of mysterious by the death and nighttime. I choose a baby crow to symbolize of darkness and evil as a part of her soul. Its mouth is opened as it needs feeding by something. It could be the blood or what? She’s not yet an evil or a vampire, but she’s a half immortal and human. You can see that her neck has got no fangs mark yet. It’s probably the last of her sunlight to go to the end and she’s waiting by the velvet night to come, yes that’s why I made her this way.
To close up,(please do not think this as a funny or rude: ),just regard this as a piece of art paint that I need to give an erotic character on this doll body) the private part is painted 3 times to darken the baby crow with the onyx color and at the central is red. This represents the fresh and the nature that had been conquered by the supernatural thing. It could be hunger, beauty, or savage… one of these three is my own answer. It’s something that hidden inside. Every demon has his/her own mark…

When the white twin peacocks costume is on, the satin shows the mark, but not very clear. The chiffon gives a sense of tempting and lust. You can see it through the costume of the white twin peacocks. Her hair is white pale (so sorry that I didn’t show it to you all here, but you can see it by the Facebook) It made of a very special mohair. It’s from Delta Dawn Premium Mohair. This mohair is very beautiful, as it looks very real indeed when it’s on the doll. It’s so soft and shiny in real. Many doll makers use this kind of mohair to make doll wigs and baby’s hair rooting. That’s the reason that I choose the best thing for this collection.

Here are the shoes that made of the brace and coated with chromium in silver that fits with the off-white costume. They are creepers that very durable and they make the doll stand with a nice stability. (However, I’d suggest the doll should stand with its own doll stand to protect any unexpected damages.) They are also decorated with the red Swarovski and a diamond, yet the red strap and some decoration as a red shoes pad/supporter.

That’s so amazing to see that the dolls costume and the shoes are compatible with the new doll stand. I tried to check today how it works and I got a big surprised. The doll stand is adjustable that you can lift the doll up as she’s flying or floating in the air. Or you can post the doll normally as the feet touch the stand or with the shoes on it. The doll stand has a proper weight that it can control the doll in different posting positions by no need to be worried that the doll will fall over. It’s really strong to control the doll in the fixed positions. That’s how I really love this doll stand.

By the 24th-25th of December. I will show the whole things that are done by the complete pictures. Please wait just a little more. You will see them all together:-)
Hugs to you all here/Nune

"A Fascinating Trip to Japan"

I have got a very fascinating trip to Japan during a week ago with my friends. People said during this time of the year it should be the wintertime. But the days that I was there, the trees were so beautiful with the many colors as red, yellow, dark brown, and pink (or I was dreaming?!) as it’s till the Autumn. You may see the pictures I attached here. They are so beautiful, aren’t they? It could be a heaven on this earth that I couldn’t forget how beautiful it is. Nice weather, nice food, nice place, nice traveling places, and people. How impressive!

(I'm a bit shy when I'm here in the blog to say"Hi" to you guys here:-)

I really admire Japanese people, as they are so kind and willing to help when I asked for any assists. Some people lead me to the train line (the subway train in Japan, especially in Tokyo, is a real complicated for me0__o) and tired to help as much as they could do. I really like it when they smiled and were so polite when I asked them the direction. I was so lucky to meet nice people there. During the last day before I went back to Tokyo, I went to Nagoya Castel. There, I have once tried to put on the Samurai amour and I felt so wow when I saw myself with the helmet, costume, and the Samurai sword. It’s very amazing how the history tells us what’d been going on in the past with many times of fighting and war by the pictures. There are some pictures that describe what happened in the paintings like some warriors were dead and they were headless, some villagers trying to escape with young kids and babies, struggling from the death. It’s such an incredible feeling to see something beautiful and at the same sad. Maybe the traditional music with the pictorial description really made my emotion to feel like this. How did I look? (My friend said I looked like a Japanese. Do you think so?)
(Nagoya Castel with a very long long history)
(and this is me in a Samurai(so shy:-)
A week before I went to Japan, I’ve got terrible ill. I went to hospital for days and I really missed my working with the doll. Luckily that I have a friend who gave me an amber (I’m not so sure that it should be called a gemstone) and in the very bright amber there is a tiger inside. It’s not a real tiger but it’s the graphic by the creation of the nature. She said this amber would bring me a good health and protect me. I believe this and I decided to bring it with me to everywhere in Japan, as it’s a lucky amulet for my personals believe. As I was born on Monday, it’s such a good sign that I should carry something with yellow like this among the sightseeing trip. The amber was polished and decorated with the silver at the top so that I can put the strap as the necklace, but I put it in the left pocket at my shirt. I felt so happy there as my health was really fine until today! Thank you very much to Miwa M. who gave me this amulet. I really appreciate this. Arigato to Miwa.
Can you find a small tiger inside of it?
Also she made me a Kimono, a very very very special Kimono during the Heian period in the ancient time in Japan. You would probable see this in many Japanese cartoon when the noble woman/princess with extra long hair wearing this kind of kimono. It really reminds me my childhood of the pictures of those cartoons that I remembered as a child. The kimono that Miwa made for me as a gift is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I’m so happy to have a Kimono by the making of a real Japanese people. The day I got the package, I was very tired and I decided not to dress it on my doll as I knew that to wear a proper kimono takes time. In the morning, I woke up and yes the first thing I did was dressing up the doll with the kimono. It took about 2 hrs to finished this and  here’s the picture that I would like to share everyone here.
"I'm so thankful for this kimono"
I accept that in my life I can never do anything like this at all. You can learn something from the picture but the soul and spirit of the real skill need a strong background, too. I have seen Miwa’s website for years but I never knew that it would be so real to have her work in my hands. It’s a very traditional kimono that Miwa addresses me how to wear it properly. I truly admire her, as she’s a master of doll Kimono. If you’d like to know what the kimonos she makes look like, you can click here. I must thank you to Miwa here again for once more for a very special gift that I never thought that my dream would be so true.
Noi (or Alice),she's really cute in this kimono:-)
Last, I’m a sort of guy who’s so crazy about jackets and boots. But this trip, I got a present for myself, which they are so cute! If you are a cat lover,I’m pretty sure you’ll love these cats (made in Japan closed to the entrance of Asakusa Temple, Tokyo) And yes, I got many INSPIRATIONS from Japan.
Gifts for myself. How many cats can you find? (Actually there's a real cat named"Sailormoon" I hope you'll like her as I do)

Thank You very much to Japan, Miwa, and Everyone here:-) Arigato'

An Another Night Comes...

I got so excited today as the FedEx brought me a very good news (actually a package from Cholo ;) in the late afternoon. I carefully opened up the package and checked things out whether they are fine. The features at the headpieces are not scratched or damaged during the shipping. Thank you God that they come to me safely. The moment I saw the real headpiece and the necklace, I cried out that they are much more beautiful than the pictures. The sparkling from the beads and crystals he made reflect my eyes and I suddenly just tried them on the doll. The costume, that it normally looks great by its own decoration and style, becomes more gracious and beautiful. I got so amazed to see the whole thing for a big while. I smiled to myself and Thank You to God that I always meet nice people and friends who are always besides to help me. I didn’t want to go out to the gym or start any works in the eveing, but just need looking at the doll for so long. I took many pictures and here are some that I would like to share to you now.
The white color of the features goes along very well with the long red hood from different ankles by the camera. It reminds me of some mythical pictures, something beyond our imagination that we will never wear in the real life. The white skin of the doll itself looks very bright, especially when the light reflects on its skin. When the red hood is on, she becomes a mannequin that displays a very lively costume and the whole thing. That’s why I couldn’t take my eyes  out of it…
At the front of the red hood, and on the both sides, there’s needlework, a golden thread that was used to make a couple of the griffons. They are pretty small but very clear by a very high-resolution camera. I hope that on the day I take the pictures, I would be able to show them clearly. The white necklace by Cholo can be applied with the white peacocks costume inside very well. I will separate the costumes, jewelry, and nude doll and then take the pictures separately on each single detail. This could be a 4-6 hours for the photographing, and I hope it will be satisfied me with the nice outcomes.
And this is how it looks by the back of the red hood with the beads and Swarovski, and some kinds of synthetic gems.
Meanwhile the 3rd production dolls are now being remade, (the previous set was useless as the mistake during the firing), the doll stand is now almost finished. It’s made of the brace and decorated with 20 red and white diamonds on each side. (3 sided) I need to cover it with the velvet or some clothes that will protect the doll feet and its surface from the antifriction that can cause the unexpected scratches.
I got a lovely logo on the right of the stand. Each doll stand will have a different stone colors depending on the costume color of the particular theme. This set is for the Bride of the Dracula, so I think the crystals should be red and white that they will look great and fit when the doll stands on it. It’s so shiny and strong enough for the doll!
There are 2 things left before I will fly to Japan. The 1st thing is to paint the doll after the firing method(Ofcourse, it takes at least 5 days for this process). And the other thing is to take photographs as a piece of art that I’m working with the setting and props I have prepared. I could be the zombie again, but a happy zombie that works on what he really loves!
Thank you for following my small place here. Good Night every one :)
(The Glass House Coffing is waiting for me!!!)

22.11.11

The Glass House Coffin.

Normally, I always take the whole pictures myself. It’s very fun and challenging to see the doll in the photos when it’s completed. To find the settings and materials for each theme composition is what I really love to do so much, apart from making doll and paint! (But it sometimes takes away my huge money for these things). I feel that the doll will be more interesting if she has the scenery that fits her look and costumes. The proper composition with the doll will tell a good story of the whole thing and I think you may let your imagination flow with the pictures you have seen about the doll in each particular theme.

For the Bride of the Dracula, I found a glass house one day and suddenly I got an idea that this thing can be used with my doll for this collection. It looks is a Gothic style, with the curves of the mirrors that are special made by the shape of the house. It looks beautiful and at the same time, it looks mysterious. The Bed (not sure to call it an altar) is made of the lime, also the pillars. They perfectly fit on the scale and the overall look. I thought I should need to add more details on the setting, but I changed my mind as the doll will look less dominant  if the settings are too much. I might add more dried flowers in the blue and violet tone but I’m not sure that I can find them or not.

The bed stone looks very strong and I think I should find the lace to cover it so as to make it look softer when the doll sleeps on it. This will depend on the day of the photographing that it really looks good in the photographs or not. But at least I should be prepared for this.

This Glass House Coffin is a setting when the girl is bitten by the Dracula. People think she might be already dead and therefore her body is kept in the glass coffin and being buried when the sun rises. Or it can be a virgin girl that is being sent to be a Bride of the Dracula! By the way, the whole things are not completely done yet. There are a few things to finish. I got really excited to see the whole things in a complete set and then start flashing my camera on the doll!
                                      Thank you for watching :-)

Bride of The Dracula's Costume

It’s been for a big while that I was away from the blog to update the working processes to all of friends here. Last 2 weeks ago, I went back the University to start teaching again, not a full time teacher, but just a part time by the duty. My life has changed a little as I have to walk back and do the teaching again. Luckily, I only teach 2 days a week so that means I have 5 days at least to work with the thing I do really love, which is making doll. I’m so glad that I’m back here again to update you things during the busy weeks. Actually, the dolls are ready for the 3rd production,Bride of the Dracula. (However, there was a really BIG mistake as the firing temperature was in a bad control. Thus, the doll got many tiny spots and pimples on over the body parts. So now I have to remake everything new again for the 2nd time. How sad! I lost 5 dolls for this time) Also, I can’t decide that the bride should be Mina,or Lucy. I love Mina's character as she is sweet and innocent and she’s a fiancée to Jonathan. But Lucy’s got red hair and her character is very intelligent and strong. If you still remember the Bram Stoker’s Dracula by 1992, you would probably remember them. The costume color tone will focus on the white and red. I did a rough sketch design to Cholo to make a headpiece and necklace that fit to the costume. I told him that the costume consists 2 parts, the long white dress with 2 white peacocks on the left and right, and the long red hood with the beads. I’m so happy now that Cholo will send me the headpieces and necklaces so soon!(Thank You to Cholo here). So lets see the over all picture.
The red hood is on the making process. (it’s just 60% done.)
There are 2 peacocks on the white chiffon dress. Both of them were sewed by using the white Chinese thread in a small key chain, and decorated with many small tinsels, laces, beads, synthetic pearls, and 3 kinds of features. The long white dress gives a soft look of a virgin girl who is sent to be the Dracula’s Bride. The peacock is a symbol of immortality because the ancients believed that the peacock had flesh that did not decay after death. Also it could represent a beautiful and a wealthy woman in a high social status, or a noble looking affinity. This is the reason why I chose the white peacocks in the design.

As this production really contains of many details on both red hood and white dress. (And also the headpieces and necklaces designed by Cholo from Philippines), it takes a long period to complete the whole things. (Normally, there is just a 1 piece of each costume production. But for this, there are 2) The picture below is the red hood that  is now being decorated with the colorful beads in the  Western style pattern. It’s just the half way. In a week or 2,it will be finished. The time runs so fast, while the work goes very slowly as this needs a lot of intention and concentration to make the great outcomes. The time really has wings, I think.
Personally, I love beads. I always wish to have a dress that is filled of the beads from head to toe. But sometimes it’s too much to have them all. And, if  it’s really like that, the work would probably kill me! All works are never done. I hope you will enjoy the story by tonight. Thank you for watching. Once when the headpieces and necklaces have reached to my hands, I will combine them all and show to us all here again. Oh I’m so sleepy now. Have a good day/night my Immortal friends.
The white dress with the red hood.
(you can see the doll's body through the white chiffon, her breats and her private part.I will paint something "........." on that. I cannot tell what it is,but it will be very nice and beautiful. Please wait and see)

My Wishing Project...

While I was studying in college, I bought a book, “Pierre et Gilles”, a couple French artists who are really popular in making magical pictures, set of costumes and scenery. They create fantastic worlds with photography technique and unique hand-painted photographic portraits that really perform beauty, fantasy, enigma, and quality of works. Their works give me many inspiration as I remember what I have seen from the book since I was a teen and I said wow to myself that I would do something with the big inspiration like this oneday.

(an artwork picture of "Kali" by Pierre et Gilles)
From the picture, it's Kali, a Hindu Goddess. Kali is considered the fearful and ferocious form of the mother goddess. She assumed the form of a powerful goddess and became popular with the composition of the Devi Mahatmya. I really like the story about Kali. Her character is very strong and powerful with her look of the bright skin color. She really looks very fantastic and beautiful with the golden costume. You may know more about Kali by clicking here.

Now, it's my research to find the method to achieve my porcelain doll in the fantasy skin colors. It can be pink, light blue, grey, or purple. I think to use the colorful spray colors coat on the doll is not a good idea. It should be something that permanant and last. My dream could be just a dream or real in oneday,..who knows. This project is really challenging :) I only wish it will be so true....
Have a Happy Halloween to everyone again!

PS; I have consulted with an expert about doll skin color in porcelain, and he said yes, it can be happening! My heart is so excited with the answer.

Picture Files from Cholo!So Excited!

I got a letter in the late afternoon from Cholo with the  attached files of his work design. I was so excited while the files attached are uploaded slowly bit by bit. I’m very sure that you may need to see what’s it like. So, here we go:)
I’m so happy to see the pictures he sent to me! The more I see, the more the headpiece he designs fascinates me. I’m so thankful for his imaginative thinking on the collaborative work as a good friends.I asked Cholo to design the head piece and jewelry with red and white because the costume mainly consists of the red and white color. It could be an Empire style, or a Dracula’s Legend! Who knows? Let’s close up to the headpiece details!
This is very sweet, extremely sweet and elegant for the look of a girl who is sending to the Count Dracula for being his bride in the dark velvet night. The headpiece is combined with the very white features and tiny beads and pearls. It looks so shiny and classic. I know this is not very easy to do at all! It needs a lot of patience to combine things and make a right composition and balance on the headpiece! One thing that I really love with this headpiece is that it goes very well with the curvy white long mohair. (I use the DeltaDawn Mohair with this collection because this mohair is truly beautiful indeed, well known and accepted by the doll makers! Yes, it’s very costly but very worth to use with my creation as I work everything for the best outcome.) It also looks mysterious with the white pale skin doll, and red lips. I get so excited to work more on this doll.
In the meanwhile, the red hood with thousands of red beads (actually there are many combination of the beads and gemstone colors, but overall it’s the red tone color) is on the making process, the long white gown in the twin peacocks is being sewed and shaped on the white chiffon. The white, silver, clear tinsels, different types of beads, and white features are used to decorate on the twin peacocks.I do believe that the outcome should be something very luxury, and worth to wait and see.It may not be so long to see the whole things, please stay tune. The update will keep coming up so soon.
(I really like the twin white peacocks :)
(A lovely picture of the nude doll that I sent to Cholo to be a model for the headpiece, necklace he's now making. The headpiece is not completely done yet. He said he needs to add and check the detail once again. Please note that the make up is painted by Cholo for the enjoyment only.)
I hope you will enjoy the work!  Thank you for watching:) Good Night everyone.
Credit Pictures: A special thank you to Cholo for his updated pictures.

A New Doll Stand Design

As there are many feedbacks saying that the dolls stand be improved, so I have a new design according to the suggestions from a lot of people here .(Thank you very much for the comment:) Now the design is finished and the process of making a prototype by using the wax will be started in a few days. From the picture, the doll stand will consist of the diamonds, sapphire, ruby, or black stone, that this depends on the theme and the costume colors. The base will be made of the something metalic and shiny. The first set of the stand will be used with the collaborative working with Cholo. It’s diamonds and ruby. Well, I cannot figure it out that what it would be when it’s done. But from the sense, I believe that this doll stand must be very worth to wait and beautiful to collect as a collectible item for the doll I make. You will see the finish one very soon. Thank you for visiting!

A Collaborative Art Work with "Cholo",a Talented Artist!

In this tiny little world, there are so many times that those miracles happen to your life without knowing of any reasons why? Is it an accident, something so called unexpected event, or a destiny by the fate? No one knows these clearly. Almost 2 years ago, I have been following an artist who is working with many dolls by designing a very rich and stunning costumes and jewelry sets for the dolls. Many people know him as Cholo, a really famous and talented doll artist who currently lives and working in Philippines. I used to have a wish that I would be able to work with him as a collaborative work one day about our doll creations. I didn’t expect this would come true until a very nice friend who lives in Hong Kong named Cliff, has recommended Cholo to me! I couldn’t believe that this would be so true as I do really admire his works! You may follow his link by click
(This is rough pencil sketch that I designed the costumes and sent it to Cholo to ask the possibility of how the jewelry sets should be. I can’t wait to see the complete sets now.)
From the picture design, I left the space that Cholo will add the headpiece, earrings, and necklace on the costume. We just agreed that t the accessories should be something shiny and looks rich enough to make the doll looks grace. Now I only have to let him get an inspiration to do on this project that what style would be best on this costume design.
That’s really such an exciting feeling to work with a friend who lives aboard and has a very high imaginative vision on creating something absolutely beautiful. This could be something very worth to wait and see that I should call this work as “ Cholo Classique” ( A very friendly collaborative working on a project with the Immortal Classique) That’s very honorable for me that once (and in the future) we make something "Spectacular" to the doll lovers here:)
Good Night to you all here :)
